Melissa Parsons (Owner)
Melissa Parsons is a lifelong resident of Englewood, Tennessee, with a career in the legal field spanning nearly three decades. She began her legal journey as a receptionist in 1995; later, she graduated cum laude from Lee University in 2003 and completed her law degree at the Nashville School of Law a few years later. Sworn in as an attorney in December 2017, she has been dedicated to serving the people of East Tennessee ever since. Melissa also serves as a Municipal Judge in Etoway, TN.
Outside of work, Melissa cherishes time with her children and grandchildren, whether it's through sports or riding her Harley Davidson. Reflecting on her path as an attorney, she shared, “I became a lawyer for my sons. I wanted them to have more in life, just as my parents worked hard for me and my brothers. I genuinely enjoy helping people through their problems.”
Shane Partain (Associate Attorney)
Shane Partain is a U.S. Army veteran who spent 20 years working as an optician before pursuing his college education in 2012. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tennessee Wesleyan University in 2015, earning a double major in behavioral science and criminal justice, along with dual minors in legal studies and forensics.
Continuing his education, Shane attended Lincoln Memorial University School of Law, where he founded the Veterans Law Society and the LMU Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Society. After graduating in 2018, he began practicing law and has been dedicated to helping the people of East Tennessee ever since.
Caleb Stuber (Associate Attorney)
Attorney Caleb Stuber is the newest member of our team. After serving in the United States Armed Forces, Caleb attended Lincoln Memorial University School of Law. He was a member of the Criminal Law Society, Veterans Law Society, and LMU Moot Court Board.
He was also awarded the LMU Merit Scholarship before he received his law degree in the Spring of 2024. Caleb brings his “A game” to work every day and has transitioned well from his military service to now serving the people of East Tennessee with sound legal counsel and representation.
